The apartment offers a splendid lake and garden view and takes its name from the Moraiolo olive variety, known for the generosity of its oils and for its peculiar organoleptic qualities.

The apartment of 50 sqm accommodates up to 3 people. It is located on the first floor of the cottage but it has a ground level entrance and it is provided with a south-facing balcony furnished with outdoor table and chairs.

The apartment is provided with free wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating powered by photovoltaic panels. The interiors are wide and spacious; the oak furniture and careful attention to details create a warm and familiar atmosphere.
