The apartment has a beautiful lake and pool view and takes its name from the Pendolino olive variety, well known for its extraordinary ability to generate life through pollination.

This 38 square meters apartment can accomodate up to 2 people. It is located on the first floor of the cottage but with entrance from the ground floor and has a south-facing balcony furnished with outdoor table and chairs.

The apartment is provided with free wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating powered by photovoltaic panels. Inside, the oak furniture and careful attention to details create a warm, welcoming and intimate atmosphere to relax in.

Spacious windowed bathroom is equipped with shower, hairdryer, towels and courtesy set. The swimming pool towels are also provided and included in the apartment.
